We are confident that the plants you purchase will thrive in your garden. However, with the uncertainties of nature, sometimes that might not be the case. To offer you peace of mind, The Hertfordshire Garden Centre has introduced our Plant Guarantee.

We offer a free replacement or credit for any container-grown hardy plant which does not survive. You are covered by our Plant Guarantee if your plant has received the correct care, bears our label and is returned with proof of purchase (within 12 months).
